About the Author:

Pam Young graduated with honours in Psychology in 1969 and now works as a student Counsellor at an institute of higher education.  During her fifteen years as a Psychologist she has studied and practised hypnosis in order to help people with their problems.  Her work and research into the fascinating area of self-hypnosis has resulted in an important new technique for promoting personal change.
