Rosemary (Rosmarinus Officinalis) Essential Oil is good for:
- taken from the steam distilled fresh needles of the common rosemary bush native to the Mediterranean which has a mild camphor like scent.
- muscle pains, cramps, sprains (massage and bath)
- brightens mood, energises, improves mental clarity and memory
- eases pain eg headaches (direct inhalation)
- disorientation, indecision and burnout (direct inhalation)
Warning: Rosemary should not be used:
- during pregnancy
- on Epileptics
- on anyone with high blood pressure
